Civility, Cordiality, and Enhancing Professionalism Through Mentoring

This live webinar will discuss the ethical rules and aspirational goals concerning civility and cordiality between opposing parties and their counsel, as well as the use of effective mentoring as a means of achieving enhanced professionalism among lawyers and satisfying the goals of the preamble to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and complying with the duty to supervise imposed by Rule 5.1.
