Alycia is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. Alycia has provided strategic advice and counsel for more than two decades to commercial and retail clients across the country. She represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of complex litigation matters. She has extensive experience in antitrust, commercial, class action, insurance, securities, and civil rights litigation.
Notable experience includes:
- Representing eighteen retailers in a lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York alleging violations of the U.S. antitrust laws by Visa and Mastercard
- Representing seven retailers in a lawsuit filed in the Northern District of Illinois alleging violations of the U.S. antitrust laws by Visa and Mastercard
- Defending a large retailer in an antitrust class action related to keyword bidding
- Securing a seven-figure jury verdict in a commercial dispute
- Multiple trials before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio
- Multiple trials in state court
- Arguments before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals
Alycia received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and was a Note and Comment Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. She received her B.S. magna cum laude from Marquette University.
