J.B. Lind, a partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office, was recently honored as the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law Outstanding Alumnus of the Past Decade. The award is presented to an alumnus who graduated within the last ten years and who exhibits the ideals of the NKU Chase College of Law through his or her professional accomplishments and service to the community. Lind, who graduated from NKU-Chase in 2008, has been named to the Best Lawyers in America List. He teaches information privacy and data protection law, and intellectual property law as an adjunct professor for the school. Lind is also regularly asked to speak to college students and current law students about the practice of law.
Lind’s legal practice is focused on information privacy/data breach litigation, business litigation involving closely-held or limited liability corporations, probate/estate litigation and intellectual property litigation. He also handles cases in insurance and product liability/toxic tort litigation.
