Introducing the Vorys Intellectual Property Podcast

Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is proud to introduce the Vorys IP podcast. The initial six-part series will be focused primarily on patent and trademark law and practice. Each episode will feature a conversation with a Vorys attorney or patent practitioner and will provide an overview and shed light on a specific aspect of IP or trademark law.

In the inaugural episode, host Jeremy Harrison, a partner in the Vorys Houston office, is joined by Bill Oldach, a partner in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office, to discuss the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, otherwise known as PTAB. During their conversation, Jeremy and Bill also touch on patent reexaminations and their effects on patentees and issued patents.

Vorys IP podcast episodes can be found at vorys.com. They can also be found on SoundCloud, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Amazon Music. New episodes will be added every other week for the duration of the initial six-episode season. If you have suggestions for future topics or guests, please reach out to us on LinkedIn at Vorys Intellectual Property Updates or email Jeremy at djharrison@vorys.com.
