Janay Stevens and Eli Hardee, attorneys in the Vorys' labor and employment group, will present a webinar on December 3 from noon to 1:00 PM, titled "The Investigation Roadmap, Live: The Foundation for a Defensible Workplace Investigation."
The webinar will serve to bring the bring the twelve-part Investigation Roadmap series to life in one hour. The attorneys will discuss the importance of choosing the right investigator, protecting (or deliberately not protecting) privilege, preserving the evidence that deletes itself, interviewing complainants and the accused, making credibility calls that hold up and closing the file without opening a retaliation claim.
