Andrew is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the firm’s nationally recognized Vorys eControl practice.  His practice focuses on brand protection and issues related to consumer protection law, false advertising and deceptive trade practices.  Specifically, Andrew helps consumer brands and product manufacturers strengthen their eCommerce presence by combatting unauthorized sales of their products online.  Andrew has also worked on several intellectual property disputes related to patent, copyright and trademark infringement.

Andrew previously was a judicial extern for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Andrew received his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law where he was an editor on the law review and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts, Legal Writing, Intellectual Property Practicum, and UCC Sales.  He received his B.S. in political science from The University of Akron.
