Marcel Duhamel and Ted Mattis, partners and members of the Vorys litigation group, presented a webinar as part of the Vorys University: 2025 Professional Conduct & Ethics Webinar Series on December 2 at from noon to 1:00 P.M. EST.
The title of the presentation was "Obligations Arising from Opposing Counsel Misconduct." Among the topics discussed were:
