Thomson Reuters Institute's 6th Annual Midwest M&A / Private Equity Forum

Frank Zonars, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and member of the corporate group, was named the chair of the Thomson Reuters Institute's 6th Annual Midwest M&A / Private Equity Forum.  According to Thompson Reuters the annual forum is the premier gathering of regional deals professionals and offers timely guidance on key trends and developments impacting a dynamic U.S. middle market.  The 6th annual forum took place in Columbus on December 7, 2023.

In addition to serving as the forum's chair, Frank joined a panel discussion.  The panel was titled "Promise & Possibility: The State of the M&A Market" and will explore the shifting realities of the US middle market amid protracted change.
