Building Connections: 45 Years of Legal and Cultural Engagement with Japan
Dave Cook, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and leader of the firm’s immigration practice, will speak at The Ohio State University’s Hagerty Hall on October 8. The talk, delivered as part of the university’s East Asian Studies Center, will be titled “Building Connections: 45 Years of Legal and Cultural Engagement with Japan.”
Cook, who serves as Honorary Consul of Japan in Columbus, will share how his experiences shaped his approach to legal practice, fostered lasting relationships and contributed to bridging cultures. Attendees will gain perspective on the value of cross-cultural engagement and the importance of building trust and partnerships across borders.
