Advanced Commercial Real Estate Updates (Webinar)
Jacinto Núñez, a partner in the Vorys Akron and Cleveland offices and a member of the firm's real estate practice, will present as part of the Ohio State Bar Association's Advanced Commercial Real Estate Updates on September 16.
The title of his session will be "Selected Control Issues in Commercial Leases: Exclusive Use/Use Restrictions Tenant Alteration Rights; and Common Area Control Issues." The presentation will address the significant time spent by landlords and tenants negotiating control aspects relating to the use of commercial property. The session will cover several important control issues typically found in commercial leases.
