Vorys Partner Dave Cook was a speaker at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Annual Conference on June 19, 2015. His presentation was titled “Gettin’ Cozy with Blanket L-1 Visas” and discussed preparation and presentation of evidence to qualify a company for a new blanket, when an amendment of the company blanket required, equivalency issues for professional L-1B beneficiaries without traditional degrees, the strategic use of the blanket versus individual L and the extensions of individual beneficiaries blanket L status.
