Real Estate 101: Introduction to Residential and Commercial Real Estate Practice Seminar

Vorys attorney Jacinto Núñez was a speaker at the Real Estate 101: Introduction to Residential and Commercial Real Estate Practice Seminar hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association on April 20, 2016.  His presentation was titled “Sale and Purchase of Commercial Real Estate” and discussed purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, representations and warranties, pre-closing issues, closing conditions and default remedies and legal entities best suited for holding title to real estate.
