2024 PDC Summer Conference

Britt Schmidt, the firm's chief legal talent and inclusion officer, will present at the 2024 PDC Summer Conference on July 12.  Her presentation is titled "Future by Design – A Framework for Activating Your Talent Strategy."  This session will arm professional development leaders with the tools they need to help their firms design and drive change around important firm imperatives, such as the future of work, strategic growth, succession planning and talent retention.
