Overview
Lindsay is a litigation paralegal in the Vorys Columbus Office. She works primarily in general litigation.
As a litigation paralegal since 2004, Lindsay is involved in all aspects of litigation from the initial interview and fact gathering stage through discovery and into trial. Lindsay has worked on many types of cases including complex litigation matters, specifically antitrust litigation, contract litigation, insurance litigation, products liability litigation and False Claims Acts cases. Lindsay supports a multi-district docket for both national and regional clients where she assists with, case management, scheduling, retention of expert witnesses, discovery and hearings. Lindsay has attended and participated in the presentation of cases in numerous State and Federal trials.
Additionally, Lindsay works with clients to assist with privacy and data security compliance as to state, national, and global data privacy and security compliance programs established.
Lindsay has completed in-house training on Legal Project Management and Electronically Stored Information. She is a member of the ESI Core Team and the paralegal representative on the in house Litigation Group Electronic Discovery Committee. Lindsay is highly experienced in the use of electronic information management, including the design and usage of database programs, litigation document management software and trial software.
