Overview

Carissa is a litigation paralegal in the Vorys Columbus office and works primarily with a team of attorneys and paralegals in the firm’s role as national discovery coordination counsel for large corporate clients' asbestos litigation.  Her principal job responsibilities include preparation of preliminary responses to discovery requests in various jurisdictions, and compiling and maintaining a central and complete record of all factual information produced to opposing counsel in the asbestos litigation.  Carissa has developed an expertise over the years in aviation products and asbestos aviation related litigation.  Carissa also has experience in the development of document databases and the establishment of criteria for collection and review of documents.
