Overview

Eli is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and is part of the firm’s national economic development incentives practice, which is one of the largest law firm-based incentives practices in the country.  His practice focuses on state and local taxation and economic development incentives.

Eli received his J.D. magna cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was the articles editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal.  Before attending law school, he served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member in Maine.  He then worked at the Ohio House of Representatives, first as an Ohio Legislative Service Commission fellow and then as a legislative aide.  Eli received his B.A. cum laude in economics and Spanish literature from Kenyon College.
