No Contest Clauses in Ohio

Lisa Babish Forbes, a partner in the litigation group in the Vorys Cleveland office, authored an article for the June 2016 edition of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal titled “No Contest Clauses in Ohio.”  The article focused on a 140 year old Ohio Supreme Court decision that found that no contest clauses in Ohio wills are considered valid and binding and how Ohio Courts interpret that decision.
