Cassidy C. Potenzo

Cassidy is an associate in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Her practice primarily focuses on commercial finance.  She represents borrowers and lenders, both public and private in a variety of transactions.  Cassidy also assists clients in franchising matters, including preparation of franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements.

Cassidy also represents and counsels clients in intellectual property matters, including trademark prosecution, enforcement strategies, and national and international filing strategies.   

Cassidy received her J.D. magna cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston and was a Presidential Fellow.  She received her B.A. in political science with a minor in diversity and community engagement from Virginia Tech.
