Vorys Partner Honored for Environmental Work at University of Cincinnati

M. Howard Petricoff, a partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, was honored by the University of Cincinnati for his assistance in restructuring the energy facilities on the main campus. Three year plan included converting to main power plant to renewable energy fuels and active participation in the new state renewable credit program. The restructuring is not only ecologically beneficial but over the next three years should save the University an estimated $10 million in energy costs.

Petricoff is a member of the energy and environmental group at Vorys. He advises and represents clients on energy, utility and environmental matters, including litigation in federal and state court as well as state public service commissions, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and various permitting boards and commissions. Petricoff is currently serving as a Commissioner on the Ohio Oil and Gas Commission, and is an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School.
