Vorys Litigators Successfully Negotiate Settlement in Huron River Greenway Dispute

The Morning Journal  and the Sandusky Register both ran feature stories about a settlement, negotiated by Vorys litigators, between the Erie MetroParks and Erie County private property owners.

The Morning Journal story states:

“‘This settlement is an absolute vindication of our clients’ ownership of the land that Erie MetroParks took from them,’ said attorney Joseph Miller, who also represented the property owners. ‘Erie MetroParks finally, after 15 years, agreed to give up its claim to our clients’ private property.’”
