Tangeman Quoted in Richland Source Story Titled "Mansfield Property to Be Redeveloped"

Jill Tangeman, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the real estate group, was quoted in a Richland Source story titled “Mansfield Property to Be Redeveloped.”  The story was about the potential redevelopment of 26 acres of land in Mansfield.  According to the story, before the land can be redeveloped the city must vacate the undeveloped streets and alleys that were platted on the property.

The story states:

“Mansfield City Council heard from an attorney representing MLB, Jill Tangeman of the Columbus law office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, during council's Tuesday night meeting.

‘We are in part asking for those roadways to be vacated so that the city's interest in the property can be released and is no longer subject to the environmental covenant, and also in order to allow us, hopefully in the future, to redevelop the property,’ Tangeman said.”
