Nathaniel J. Kinman

Nate is a commercial finance associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Nate’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial financing transactions, including asset-based and leveraged lending facilities, syndicated and participated lending facilities, acquisition financings, fund finance and mezzanine lending.  Nate also focuses on workouts and restructurings.

Nate received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was a published associate member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review.  He also received the Lawrence Maxwell Advocacy Prize for Appellate Advocacy.  Nate earned his B.S. magna cum laude in business administration from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to law school, Nate spent several years as a manager in the commercial construction industry.
