Jennifer is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the intellectual property, entertainment, and technology protection group. As a member of Vorys eControl, Jennifer helps clients address brand protection issues in online marketplaces by identifying and investigating unauthorized sales, and utilizing enforcement tactics to combat unauthorized sellers and product diversion schemes. She also has experience litigating intellectual property claims from discovery through trial, primarily involving claims for trademark infringement, false advertising and unfair competition under the Lanham Act and other federal and state laws. Jennifer has also defended internet access providers in federal and state court against claims of CAN-SPAM and state anti-spam law violations.
Jennifer received her J.D. magna cum laude from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where she served as an author and editor for the Catholic University Law Review. She received her B.A. from the University of South Dakota and graduated from the University Honors Program.
