The AI Advantage in M&A

Bruce Paige, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and the chair of the firm’s M&A practice group, took part in a panel titled "The AI Advantage in M&A" on November 19 at Marriott Columbus OSU.  The presentation was hosted as part of the Association for Corporate Growth Columbus's November Breakfast. 

The panel examined the transformative impact of AI on mergers and acquisitions, highlighting current applications and the technology's future potential.  The discussion included how AI is enhancing due diligence and efficiency, streamlining contract drafting, reshaping staffing needs and addressing the limitations professionals must consider.  Bruce was joined by Ethan Barteck, a senior analyst at Fifth Third Bank and Braden Lambros, a partner at Heartland Ventures.
