OBL HR Forum

Nelson Cary and Matt Schmitz, attorneys in the Vorys Columbus office and members of the labor and employment group, spoke on September 3 at the Ohio Bankers League Education Center in Columbus.  They appeared as part of the OBL HR Forum.

The forum provided an outlet for bankers to discuss important human resources issues, dissect employee relations problems and gain insights into best practices with banks from across the state.  Attendees discussed current industry challenges and learned about the latest changes in employment law; whether statutory, regulatory or case law-driven.
