Neighborhood Development Strategies
Justin Heather, of counsel in the Vorys Houston office and a member of the firm’s economic development incentives practice, will participate in a course hosted by the International Economic Development Council on October 7.
The course, “Neighborhood Development Strategies,” will explore strategies for placemaking, community engagement and sustainable revitalization efforts. Justin will give two presentations during the event, titled “Accepting Change” and “Planning for Change.”
Fellow presenters will include Patricia Mitchell, president of the North Carolina Economic Development Association; Ben Pratt, senior vice president of business investment for the Allegheny Conference on Community Development; and Maura Shenker, founder of AllHold Capital.
