Knueve and Smith Speak at the 2019 RILA Retail Law Conference

Mark Knueve, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and Andy Smith, a partner in the Vorys Columbus, spoke at the 2019 Retail Law Conference on October 17, 2019.  Their session was titled, “Death of De Minimis Defense” and it examined the Troester v. Starbucks decision, legal developments since the decision and a discussion of the practical implications for legal counsel attempting to walk the resulting minefield.
