IPT's 47th Annual Conference

Several Vorys attorneys presented at the IPT's 47th Annual Conference in Grapevine, Texas on June 25-28.  

On Monday, June 26, Lauren Fromme, partner in the Vorys Columbus office, and Elissa Wilson, of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office, presented.  Their presentation was titled, "Federal Income Tax Considerations in Structuring State and Local Incentives." 

Also, on Monday, Andrew DeBord, partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office, presented.  His presentation was titled, "Can They Do That?  Reverse Appeals and Other Government Attempts to Increase Taxes."

On Tuesday, June 27, Nicholas Ray, partner in the Vorys Columbus office, presented.  His presentation was titled, "Does Equal and Uniform Ever Cross Your Mind?" 

Also, on Tuesday, Chris Knezevic, of counsel in the Vorys Columbus office, presented.  His presentation was titled, "A 2023 Update: MEGA Projects and How States are Reacting."
