Health & Safety Symposium 

David Edelstein, partner in the Vorys Cincinnati office, will speak at the 32nd Annual Sustainability & Environmental Health & Safety Symposium on March 28.  The conference is a two day symposium with workshops and panels. 

David's panel is titled, "Practical Tips & Trends in RCRA Hazardous Waste Management & Enforcement".  The panel will discuss perspectives and practical tips on RCRA hazardous waste management, with emphasis on surviving a U.S. EPA RCRA Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI).  They will also discuss trends in the RCRA hazardous waste program, including enforcement.
