Cincinnati Bar Association 37th Annual Employee Benefits Conference

Jacquie Abbott, of counsel in the Vorys Houston office, presented on a panel at the Cincinnati Bar Association 37th Annual Employee Benefits Conference on June 4.  The panel was titled “Health and Welfare Plan Vendors: What You Don’t Know But Should Know” and Jacquie covered the topics “HIPAA Breach Notifications” and “Limitations of Liability and Indemnification Clauses.”
