Environmental Permitting in Ohio Conference

Vorys Partner, David Edelstein spoke at the 29th Annual Environmental Permitting in Ohio Conference on July 24, 2019. The titled of Edelstein’s presentation was, “Best Practices for Navigating RCRA Permit and Variance Requirements Under the New Definition of Solid Waste.” The presentation discussed three new exclusions and new changes to variance requirements, the ‘real world’ of obtaining a RCRA permit and variance and more.
