E^HACKATHON

Vorys Partner Daren Garcia presented at the first-ever E^HACKATHON Bentonville on March 26, 2019. The titled of the presentation was, “Hack Your Way To Controlling Your Online Sales: Learn Strategies to Control Your Sales Online To Maximize Profit on the Walmart Marketplace.” The session discussed the fundamentals for controlling sales online.  This included strategies, foundational policies and enforcement techniques recommended to remove unauthorized sellers, stop channel conflict and end brand erosion.

Vorys’ eControl attorneys listened and responded to challenges faced by attendees’ brands.  Fixing these challenges takes using the right tool at the right time and in the right succession. Vorys attorneys explained how they have addressed similar challenges to reduce unauthorized sellers, stop product diversion and end grey market sales.
