2023 Ohio Brownfields Conference Panel

Kristin Watt, partner in the Vorys Columbus office, joined a panel at the 2023 Ohio Brownfields Conference on May 9, 2023.  The panel was titled, "Understanding Post-Cleanup Restrictions and Obligations" and the panelists discussed best-practices for ensuring site owners understand all restrictions and obligations a redevelopment project may entail.
