2017 Health Care Law Institute

Vorys Partner Lisa Reisz was a speaker at the 2017 Health Care Law Institute hosted by the Ohio State Bar Association on October 4, 2017.  Her presentation was titled “Business Associate and Covered Entity Relationships: A Match Made in Heaven?” This session addressed breach notification, indemnification, complex uses, offshore storage and downstream business associate matters.
