Vorys partner Ted Smith participated in the 2011 ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference on October 26.

Mr. Smith’s presentation was entitled, ‘Surprise! Courts Don’t Always Find the Lease Says What the Parties Intended,’ and discussed frequently used lease provisions that courts have determined mean something other than what was intended, or what was commonly accepted in the industry.
