Overview

Maggie is an associate in the Vorys Cleveland office and a member of the litigation group.  She has assisted companies in parallel civil and criminal investigations of False Claims Act violations; counseled a former CEO of a Fortune 500 company in criminal and civil investigations; prepared memoranda in an internal investigation of a medical device company; and obtained summary judgement in breach of contact action under the Full Faith and Credit Clause.

Before joining Vorys, Maggie clerked for the Honorable Bridget Meehan Brennan, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio.

Maggie received her J.D. and M.A. from the University of Virginia School of Law and was the president of the Law Democrats at UVA.  She also received her B.A. in history and minored in Spanish and political science from The Ohio State University.
