Overview
Casey is a senior attorney in the Vorys Columbus office and is a member of the finance, energy and real estate group. He has experience drafting oil and gas title opinions and division order title opinions for oil and gas drilling operations. Additionally, he has experience drafting legal memoranda detailing the impact of recent case law on oil and gas drilling.
Prior to joining Vorys, Casey practiced oil and gas law at two different law firms and spent more than four years as a petroleum landman for an oil and gas company in the Utica Shale Play in eastern Ohio.
Casey received his J.D. from Capital University Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Curia. He received his B.A. from Wittenberg University.
