Michael F. Soder

Michael is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and member of the litigation group.  Michael has a wide range of experience working on a variety of litigation matters such as general business litigation, trust and estate litigation, class action litigation and False Claims Act litigation.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he served as the notes and comments editor at the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was also a member of the Order of the Coif.  He received his B.A. summa cum laude from Transylvania University.

Michael previously externed with The Honorable Michael R. Barrett of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio while in law school.  After graduation, Michael also clerked for The Honorable Susan J. Dlott of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
