Sarah A. Rhodes

Sarah is an associate in the Vorys Washington, D.C. office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Prior to joining Vorys, Sarah worked in-house as corporate counsel for a large retail corporation.  She has experience drafting and negotiating contracts, lease amendments, estoppel certificates, and subordination and nondisturbance agreements.  She has also prepared and negotiated deferrals of lease payments amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

Sarah received her J.D. cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was a staff editor and a digital editor for The Ohio State Law Journal.  She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Duquesne University.
