Vorys Named Top Corporate Law Firm in Columbus
Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP has been named the top corporate law firm in Columbus by Corporate Board Member magazine for the 11th consecutive year. Results of the 2011 study show that directors and general counsel who work in the Columbus area continue to give top honors to Vorys when rating corporate legal counsel.
Corporate Board Member/FTI Consulting’s annual study is a comprehensive ranking by U.S. corporate directors and general counsel of the top 25 national corporate law firms. In addition to naming the top 25 corporate law firms nationally, the study identifies the top law firm in 25 major U.S. metropolitan areas.
The survey used in the study asked directors and general counsel of U.S. publicly traded companies to weigh in on current governance matters. A broader analysis of these results will be featured in a special supplement sponsored by FTI Consulting, which will be included with the third-quarter issue of Corporate Board Member.
