Overview

Max is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the litigation group.  Max has appeared before federal, state, and administrative tribunals and has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motions practice and evidentiary proceedings.

Max’s practice has primarily focused on real property disputes, construction matters, general commercial litigation and workers’ compensation matters.

Max received his J.D. from the Duke University School of Law where he served as a staff editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and as a note editor on the Duke Law and Technology Review.  He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
