Overview
Joe Reed is an associate in the Vorys Pittsburgh office and a member of the litigation group.
Joe has significant experience counseling clients on litigation relating to a range of labor and employment issues, including workers compensation matters, defending against union grievances, enforcing noncompete clauses, responding to Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law requests and reporting requirements under the One, Big, Beautiful Bill Act. He has experience representing businesses, business associations, individuals and a range of education systems at the public, private and regional college level.
Joe graduated cum laude with a J.D. from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where he served as an associate editor for the Ohio Northern University Law Review. He received his B.A. cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Military Service
Joe served as an engineer in the U.S. Army Reserve, where he was decorated for his service in Iraq as part of Operation Inherent Resolve.
