Alexander D. Iammarino

Alex is an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and a member of the finance, energy and real estate group.  Alex’s practice focuses on representing lenders with transactions involving the financing, refinancing and development of multifamily and senior housing under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured programs.  These transactions include market rate and affordable housing.  Alex has experience in closing these loans for projects located in different states across the United States.

Alex received his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, where he was the recipient of the Boston University Paul R. and Susan J. Sugarman Scholarship.  He received his B.A. cum laude with honors in political science and international studies from the Ohio State University.
