Vorys partner Donald Shuller spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Introduction to Real Estate Practice seminar on April 14.

Mr. Shuller discussed purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, pre-closing issues, closing conditions, and legal entities best suited for holding title to real estate.
