Vorys partners Beth Weinewuth and Emily Pan presented at the Dayton Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Institute on March 10, 2017.  In their presentation, Beth and Emily created and analyzed a series of hypothetical scenarios involving representation of clients in estate and trust administration through the lens of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
