Advising Corporate Directors

Vorys partner Michael Martz spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s Advising Corporate Directors event on May 22, 2009.  Mr. Martz presented Duties of Directors and Officers Under Ohio Law and highlighted the topics of changes in control, due care and loyalty.
