Vorys partner Vic Ferguson spoke at the Ohio State Bar Association’s 23^rd Annual Conference on Wealth Transfer on June 22.

Mr. Ferguson discussed Ohio SB 117, including trust decanting, will and trust anti-lapse statutes, trustee liability protection for ILIT trusts, tilting assets in trust, and the change to the private settlement statute.
