Overview

Adam is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the labor and employment group.  He represents management in a broad range of employment and traditional labor law matters, including matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and its amendments, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.  Adam has experience defending employers in single-plaintiff, class and collective actions in both state and federal court, as well as in matters before the National Labor Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and other similar state agencies throughout the country.

Adam received his J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law, where he was an executive editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.  Adam received his B.S. from Mercyhurst University.
