Overview
Margaret is an associate in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the Vorys eControl group.
Margaret’s practice is focused on counseling businesses on brand value protection and growth through online sales control solutions. Her practice focuses on investigation and enforcement, authorized seller management, MAP and other pricing policies, sales channel conflicts and quality control issues.
Before joining Vorys, Margaret clerked for the Honorable Judge Carl E. Ross, Associate Judge for the District of Columbia Superior Court and for the Honorable Judge Ebony M. Scott, Associate Judge for the District of Columbia Superior Court.
She received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where she served as digital media & outreach editor for the Journal of Gender, Social Policy & the Law. During law school, Margaret served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia. She graduated with a B.A. from New York University.
