Vorys Pittsburgh Office Managing Partner Daren Garcia was included in a Retail Law360 story titled "9th Circ. Affirms A&F’s Quick Win In Maternity Bias Suit." The story was about the Ninth Circuit affirming a district court’s dismissal of a former Abercrombie & Fitch employee’s wrongful termination and pregnancy discrimination suit against the company. The Ninth Circuit decided she hadn't presented sufficient evidence regarding whether the retailer acted discriminatorily when it fired her.
